Make sure you have a strict schedule to workout "x" number of times a week. | Tracking your food & workouts is super important. Yes both! Make sure your hitting your food macro goals daily/weekly. Take note of your workouts too so you can apply adjustments as needed. | Aim to get 7-9 hours a sleep daily. This is important for your body to recover with muscles, energy, cognitive function, & hormones. | While motivation starts the journey... a person must be disciplined! This will help you work out on days you feel lazy. I recommend starting a fitspo board on Pinterest and saving inspiring quotes to at least refuel your motivation. |
